The ability to maintain and develop skilled professionals has become a competitive differentiator for companies in all segments, especially those that operate in rapidly changing markets. The shortage of skilled labor and rising costs require a more effective management of this asset. In a globalized world, the limiting factor for growth for many companies is not financial capital, but human capital.

Historically the first deployment in most of them aims to address the areas of personnel management, frequency control and payroll. The HCM practice at gA
gA has a deep experience with SAP HCM, the SAP system module that serves Human Capital Management processes. Management of Health and Safety
In addition to the processes directly related to Human Capital Management, gA´s practice in HCM also includes consulting services related to the SAP module EHSM (Environment, Health and Safety Management), which supports the areas of Occupational Health, Safety and Occupational Hygiene. This area has its own characteristics and demands a very strong specialization of consultants, because beyond the purely technical aspects, there are strong regulatory elements involved. 

The experience and strong expertise of gA in SAP HCM credited us to win large clients such as:

  • Anglo American: 3 projects of implementation of the corporate template Fusion in Brazil between 2009 and 2011 for this company, the fourth largest mining company worldwide.
  • BRF (Brazil Foods): For this company, a world leader in animal protein production we did a  deployment of the HCM module, including payroll for 120,000 employees – the largest volume for a facility in Brazil so far.
  • Camargo Corrêa: SAP HCM in several projects, including the revision and reimplementation of SAP Payroll for the operation in Venezuela and the review of the organizational structure in Brazil.
  • Carsa Megatone: one of the most prominent companies in the retail market in Argentina, where we deployed SAP HCM, with a special implementation on Payroll and Time Management.
