Corporate Social Responsibility

It is the adoption of a sustainable management model that encompasses all of our activities, enhancing the company´s economic, social and environmental performance in relation to its own setting (employees, customers, suppliers, investors and the society we operate in).

The program rises from the social inequality in access to high education and the unmet demand for qualified personnel in our market. Grupo ASSA, as a knowledge organization, attempts to add value through education as a tool for social transformation and equitable development.

Target: To provide tools with a view to improving employment opportunities and facilitate entry into higher level training for young people in vulnerability contexts that are finishing secondary school, through a meaningful use of Information and Technology (IT).

The program itself responds to the need for protecting our environment. Grupo ASSA, as a responsible citizen, proposes to modify its practices in order to reduce the negative impact on its own setting and take responsibility for informing and building awareness among its staff with the purpose of achieving a multiplying effect.

Target: To apply new friendly environmental practices, inform about related information to generate a shift in consciousness among its staff and improve the business impact on its own workplace.

Target: To be consistent with corporate values (professionalism, ethics, commitment, teamwork, customer satisfaction and social awareness) and the principles that guide our actions, they must be applied first inside the organization itself. For this reason, the company promotes initiatives that aim to the staff´s both personal and professional development through training activities, policies that seek to optimize a breakeven between personal and professional selves and finally, actions that foster a better work environment.
